As part of a comprehensive exhibition on Fritz Schwegler, the artist performs in the ballroom his Effeschiaden, which combine text and image, and recites in a narrative chant from his Moritafeln. In the 1974 film O. mit dem Munde gemalt, Schwegler and his students render these text-image ideas into film images.
